This is our second furniture purchase from McLeary’s and we are so happy with their customer service. Our first order had many issues (on the manufacturing end) and McLeary’s was on top of figuring things out and helping us resolve the issues. We were hesitant to try another order from the same manufacturer but were assured that things would be much smoother this time. Just got our new sectional and it is great and was delivered two weeks before the expected date. Cam has been so helpful with my MANY questions and emails along the way and I’m so glad we chose to use McLeary’s. Will likely be using them again soon!

After many frustrating days of not being listened to while shopping at the big box furniture stores, we were beyond delighted at the service we received at Mcleary’s Furniture store. We were greeted by Cam upon entering the store and asked if we needed assistance. After hearing we were interested in looking at mattresses Cam walked us over to the bedding section, gave a brief description of our mattress options and then gave us time alone to check out our preferences. There was no pressure, no sense of being rushed. Periodically Cam checked in with us to answer any questions we had and then continued to give us space to try each mattress. We were so impressed at the quality of service we received, we went on to look at couches, which we needed, but had no intention of purchasing at that time. We visited the store three times before making the decision to purchase a mattress and two couches. Each time we were welcomed back, asked if we needed assistance, answered our questions professionally and patiently and we were left to browse as long as we wanted. When it came time to choose the material for the couches, Cam was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We left the store feeling we were listened to and will be well looked after should any issues arise. On the day of delivery there was an unexpected delay. Jim, the delivery driver, called us a couple of times to give us updates on the expected time of arrival. Who does that in this day and age? He and his assistant set up the bed, placed the couches where we wanted them and took time the explain the mechanics of each item. Every staff member we encountered in this family run business from start to finish was polite, considerate, professional and gave the impression they genuinely care. 10 years ago i visited this store and purchased a power recliner……the service and ability to follow up things with same staff in a small independent business is a asset…….no after sales BS like a large corp…..They sell quality but moreover they sell reliabiility…..i returned last month and ordered two more of these recliners…..an upgrade with lumbar support….and an adjustable bed…..i actually paid less on a 30% sale for the bed over a comparable one from a big national chain…..You know the folks who pound you on Tv…..where you feel you were on the car lot fighting for your life!!…I was doing a home reno and i took advantage of their sale and put a small deposit knowing i could take delivery at my pace……..10 years later….the Quality and personal service is still their at Mclearys

The salesperson at McLeary’s was very good, very personable, friendly. They knew what they were talking about and made some recommendations and we went with those and we were quite happy.

I had a fantastic experience working with Kim! My husband and I came in looking for a dining table and chairs, and Kim was our sales lady.

I have difficulty pairing what I think looks good together, but Kim looked at it and very quickly paired things together for us that matched so well! (Based on the colors we liked.)
The quality of the furniture can not be beat; It’s solid wood.

We are now patiently waiting for our table and chairs.

We bought a beautiful round table and chairs about 10 years ago & it is still my favorite piece of furniture. The solid heavy wood with the best pedestal is gorgeous. So now we have room to have a sideboard/ hutch and they were able to match the wood & color no problem. There is something to be said about dealing with a small (big heart/family owned) company. Their customer service is second to none & Russ made us feel a part of that family.
