McLeary’s furniture was a fortuitous discovery for us. We had never heard of this company and are delighted that we became aware of them before purchasing furniture. The selection was varied providing options that suited our preferences. One thing that was clear in all of the furniture options was outstanding quality. The pricing was competitive with large discount stores but the main differentiating factors are the quality and the ability to customize. We were able to modify sizes and provide stain samples to match cabinetry at our home and the end result is amazing furniture in our house giving it the look of a show home. On the process side of their operation, Cam was very helpful clarifying the steps required and timeline and arranged delivery with Pete. The furniture arrived as promised and was set up nicely in our home. Every contact we had with McLeary was a positive and reflective of an outstanding organization that is deserving of your consideration.

After many frustrating days of not being listened to while shopping at the big box furniture stores, we were beyond delighted at the service we received at Mcleary’s Furniture store. We were greeted by Cam upon entering the store and asked if we needed assistance. After hearing we were interested in looking at mattresses Cam walked us over to the bedding section, gave a brief description of our mattress options and then gave us time alone to check out our preferences. There was no pressure, no sense of being rushed. Periodically Cam checked in with us to answer any questions we had and then continued to give us space to try each mattress. We were so impressed at the quality of service we received, we went on to look at couches, which we needed, but had no intention of purchasing at that time. We visited the store three times before making the decision to purchase a mattress and two couches. Each time we were welcomed back, asked if we needed assistance, answered our questions professionally and patiently and we were left to browse as long as we wanted. When it came time to choose the material for the couches, Cam was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We left the store feeling we were listened to and will be well looked after should any issues arise. On the day of delivery there was an unexpected delay. Jim, the delivery driver, called us a couple of times to give us updates on the expected time of arrival. Who does that in this day and age? He and his assistant set up the bed, placed the couches where we wanted them and took time the explain the mechanics of each item. Every staff member we encountered in this family run business from start to finish was polite, considerate, professional and gave the impression they genuinely care. Simply the best. They have changed the customer experience from one draped with anxiety to one which is truly enjoyable. When picking out my living/dining room I went to a few different stores but none offered the high quality Canadian selection or the customer service that McLeary’s did. The furniture makers that they carry are all top quality and the couches/rug/tables I ended up choosing have made my condo really pop. I’ve had them for over a month now and I get more and more excited every time I come home. I can’t wait until I have a bigger living space so I can go back and outfit an entire house. I dealt with Glen and Cam on two separate occasions and both of them listened to what I needed and helped me choose my dream living space. Quality through and through.
