I cannot speak more highly about the outstanding customer service I received from Cam and the staff at McLeary’s. I recently moved to Langley and was looking forward to purchasing some key pieces for my new home. After so much looking around at all the different furniture stores I ended up purchasing almost all of my furniture from McLeary’s. Their outstanding selection, ability to create custom pieces, and professionalism exceeded all my expectations. Their interior designer MaryAnn is truly the most wonderful person and I still can’t believe that I was able to work with such a talented professional at no extra cost. They clearly go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy and when it came time to move the furniture into my home the movers were also very careful to make sure everything was placed in exactly the place I wanted it. I also have the peace of mind of knowing that Cam and his staff are there for me if there are any issues in the future and I love the fact that I supported a local family business and that all my furniture is built and manufactured in Canada. Given the unbeatable quality I also found their prices to be very reasonable. Lisa was great. Took my order to exact specifications. My order came in earlier than expected. Rob, the transportation supervisor, arranged everything very well and quickly. All I had to do was choose the day and time range provided once the order came in. Straight to the point. That is business should be. Friendly but no agonizing small talk. Brandon and Daniel were very nice at the delivery. Shoes off at the door, unwrapped, cleaned up and placed the chair. All I had to do was open when they arrived and close the door after they left to enjoy my new chair.
