I don’t normally write reviews, but I wanted to share what a positive experience I had picking my couch today. I came in with many ideas about what I wanted – I am going for a (beachy, light and airy vibe) and the person helping me really took the time to ensure I explored my options and chose the right fabric and model of couch that suited my style and fit with my space. I was intimidated at first by doing custom furniture, but I have never had a furniture shopping experience that was as thorough, where I felt more looked after and where I felt more confident in the end result. I am over the moon! Thank you again McLeary’s team!

I had to replace my water bed mattress & get some accessories by phone because I live in Sooke. Every one of the staff sales associates from the start to finish were knowledgeable & friendly & efficient. Of course now it has to arrive by shipment, but the store ordering, follow up & preparation for my order to be shipped were just grand. Thanks Russ & Cam.

My wife and I bought a bedroom set named 5th Avenue and dinning chairs from Cam at McCleary’s last year, because it looked great and was locally made using Canadian maple. When the product was delivered, we noticed a few issues. Cam came over right away to survey the issue personally and took care of us patiently until our products were completely satisfactory. Throughout the process, Cam took complete responsibility for his product and followed thru tirelessly.
