We have just got married and decided to renovate our home completely. We decided to go into Mcleary’s and take a look around. We were quite impressed with the quality of furniture and were even more impressed with it being built locally!
Our salesman (Russ), explained about the company and the furniture and allowed us to look and experience the products without interfering or pressuring us. My wife and I made a decision on what we wanted and were surprised at the pricing for the beautiful, locally made furniture. So much so that the next day we went in and bought more!

We purchased a cabinet bed from McLeary’s some time ago and we love it. Recently the latch needed repair. When we called them they were truly helpful. The man they sent, Dave, was absolutely wonderful, going above and beyond duty to come and repair it before going on his scheduled vacation so that we wouldn’t have to wait. First class customer service all around! We couldn’t be happier with McLeary’s and we heartily recommend them to all.

This is our second furniture purchase from McLeary’s and we are so happy with their customer service. Our first order had many issues (on the manufacturing end) and McLeary’s was on top of figuring things out and helping us resolve the issues. We were hesitant to try another order from the same manufacturer but were assured that things would be much smoother this time. Just got our new sectional and it is great and was delivered two weeks before the expected date. Cam has been so helpful with my MANY questions and emails along the way and I’m so glad we chose to use McLeary’s. Will likely be using them again soon!

After 5 yeas of searching, I found the perfect sofa bed at McLeary’s. Kim’s service was excellent and I was pleased with my investment. I had selected an uncommon but high quality upholstery fabric in my favourite colour and it looked great. Within a few months, the fabric started to pill and it looked like a cat had scratched up all the edges. I called McLeary’s and sent a few pictures and they agreed it was not acceptable wear and tear. When the manufacturer would not offer any remedy, I was stunned when McLeary’s offered to replace the entire sofabed, at no cost to me, with a new fabric! I had also wanted to purchase new seat cushions as the firm ones I selected were too firm. They offered to use a medium cushion in the replacement at no additional cost.
I could not be more impressed with the devotion to customer service from Kim and the team at McLeary’s. For exceptional service and quality furniture, I strongly recommend McLeary’s!

I had a dining room suite done by this company 5 years ago and more recently a bookshelf. The quality, service and delivery were excellent. Their prices are the best in the lower mainland. Highly recommended.

We purchased a custom designed cabinet for my daughters bedroom. Lisa was extremely helpful in getting the final design just right. The cabinet fit the space perfectly. The quality of the construction far exceeds anything we could find that was commercially available. If you are looking for a specific design at a fair price, I would highly recommend. I know I would happily use them again should the need arise.
