We were in the area looking for mattresses so decided to stop in because of the good reviews I had read online. I’m so glad we did because it turned out to be the best experience I’ve had shopping for furniture. You can tell as soon as you walk in that the furniture and mattresses are all very high quality, and the sales person who helped us (Cam) was extremely professional and personable. He wasn’t at all pushy like all of the other sales reps I have dealt with at big box furniture stores and seemed to genuinely care about helping us find the right mattress for our needs. We were so impressed by the customer service and quality workmanship that we also ended up buying a sectional and bar stools along with our mattress. The furniture is gorgeous.The prices that we settled on were very reasonable too for the quality (and it’s all locally made!). I would highly recommend McLeary’s based on my experience. Well worth the trip out from New West.

Our new couch was delivered recently and I just have to say how impressed my husband and I both are with how effortlessly the delivery came and the men were so professional and courteous. Outstanding service! From start to finish, from showroom to home, McLeary’s is AMAZING! And that is why we will ONLY buy from McLeary’s. We also got our full bedroom set from McLeary’s too and we love it so much and will have it forever because it’s quality!

Couch looks amazing, is comfortable and fits perfectly. Only the dogs aren’t happy now because they are NOT allowed on this couch! Haha!

This review is long overdue but it needs to be said that three years ago we had the absolute best experience in purchasing our bedroom suite. We shopped around for months but nothing met our expectations until McCleary’s. Aside from the the fact that our suite is a beautiful handmade-in-BC unit, it arrived on December 24th and was delivered by our salesman because one of the delivery men was unavailable last minute. When we purchased our affordable suite we were assured we would have it by Christmas and they certainly kept their word. We can’t say enough about our great experience. We extend our thanks to the staff for going beyond expectations and wish this family business continued success! Buy local!

I’ve had issues with a mattress I puchased and feel it’s possibly a manufacturing defect? McLeary’s has looked into the issue and have more than rectified the situation which I am so grateful for. Thank you Rick & Glenn for all your help to resolve this issue!

McLeary’s furniture was a fortuitous discovery for us. We had never heard of this company and are delighted that we became aware of them before purchasing furniture. The selection was varied providing options that suited our preferences. One thing that was clear in all of the furniture options was outstanding quality. The pricing was competitive with large discount stores but the main differentiating factors are the quality and the ability to customize. We were able to modify sizes and provide stain samples to match cabinetry at our home and the end result is amazing furniture in our house giving it the look of a show home. On the process side of their operation, Cam was very helpful clarifying the steps required and timeline and arranged delivery with Pete. The furniture arrived as promised and was set up nicely in our home. Every contact we had with McLeary was a positive and reflective of an outstanding organization that is deserving of your consideration.

We are completely satisfied with the recent purchase of a reclining leather sofa. We had a problem with the condition of the sofa upon delivery (not McLeary’s issue), and it was taken care of by McLeary’s. They stand behind what they sell, and we’d highly recommend their products and service.
